The compost gate is open for the season.  Key fobs are deactivated at the end of each year. To renew, residents may use the drop box 24/7, send a check via US Mail or stop at the hall during clerk hours. Fee prices are $20 for the year (first time users will pay extra one-time charge of $6 for the fob and must pay in the clerk's office as we cannot mail the fobs).

The compost area is a seasonal operation. The Town activates the gate to the compost area in early spring and closes it late fall, all weather dependent. Watch the Town website and Facebook page for updates concerning opening and closing dates.
